Representation of road locations on the island. Roads on Santa Rosa Island are unpaved, and consequently the locations can change as a result of erosion, flooding, and grading.

The roads data were taken originally from USGS DLG data, but were then edited in ARC/INFO to USGS 1994 DOQQ data for Santa Rosa Island and to hand-drawn information on USGS 1:24,000 topographic maps. Many ARC/EDIT sessions were necessary to complete the editions.
